Just played through the game and enjoyed it, but I have to ask, is there only one ending? Because no-matter what I tried, it always seemed to end the same way, unpleasantly (being vague for fear of spoiling others), is there any way to avoid this?

Yes, the game only has one ending!  There's no escaping this ending...

This game was my first experience in creating games, so I basically tested many things in it (although the game is short in general) including the plot method, in the conception of the game I had already planned this ending (I always flirted a lot with dramatic and tense books)

I wanted to convey that feeling in this little game

Apologies if I somehow broke your expectations in a bad way...

I'm very happy that overall you enjoyed the experience :)

(Please, if you haven't already, play my other games XD)

Thank you very much for your comment!

Already played Guilt or Forget (it’s what got me to start following you), and I’m hesitant to try Man in Debt, since I’m not as big into /M as I am /F, though I may still try it eventually.

Thank you for the reply, I’d say you did a great job capturing that particular feeling you set-out for, and while the ending was certainly shocking, and surprisingly dark for a game that had also contained such cute/saucy content beforehand, I certainly wouldn’t call it “bad”, though I suppose I would have appreciated it if it was somehow made-clear it was the only ending, since a wasted a bit of time experimenting around, trying to see if I could change it, but it does ultimately help contribute to that same feeling I appreciated so-much out of both it and Guilt or Forget.

Again, thank you for the reply, I’ll be sure to try Man in Debt sooner or later, and I hope that, be it in the form of new projects or not, your future is very fulfilling for you.

I promise to make the path of the endings clearer, in Man in Debt I intend to follow the same idea as Sarah Novice, but with a longer and more normal beginning (don't worry, the surreal is lurking) the initial idea is to have more than one ending. In parallel, I'm also working on a new novel in the same style as Guilt or Forget (with high doses of surrealism and gothicism), but it will take a while for me to launch this project....and as for the feeling of the same path, I promise to try to make it clearer (one or more endings).

As for the erotic content, I'm doing a test, don't worry I'm planning more content /F in Man in Debt

Thank you very much for your encouraging words and for expressing your opinion :)
